Someone at Kuiper hit "reply all." Now everybody knows what's on the table Thursday, including item 7.

There is no further information about item 7. It just says The Plan. Capital P. Kuiper says it is a parking plan. Nobody believes them.
Kuiper has since canceled The Plan, which is how we know it was not a parking plan.
