A contract between you and another agency has become void
Ground Control and Equinox Partners signed a 40-page fuel deal in August. A lawyer just found the typo that makes all 40 pages worthless.
Ground Control HQPage 31, paragraph 4. Somebody typed "agency" where they meant "agent." That's it. That one word cancels the whole thing.
Ground Control had already paid the deposit. Equinox had already spent it. Nobody is giving anything back, because legally nobody owes anybody anything, because legally the contract never happened.
We read it. We definitely read it. We read most of it.
Equinox says it would love to sign a new deal. Ground Control says it would love that too, as soon as it hires a new legal team.
The Units are gone. Not stolen. Just gone. Into the paperwork somewhere. If you find them, they're probably on page 31.
