Bribery scandal leaves agencies wondering who's next
Prosperity has been paying people. Which people? That's the problem. Nobody knows, so everybody's nervous.
The Exchange, EarthProsperity's event dice always seem to land well. For years they've said it's luck. A ledger handed to this paper says it might also be envelopes.
The ledger lists dozens of payments. The names are in code. One of them is just a drawing of a rocket with a mustache.

At least four agencies have opened internal investigations to find out if somebody on their payroll is on the list. Kuiper fired a guy with a mustache just in case.
