Emergency audit finds several suspiciously round numbers
Prosperity's books balance perfectly. Every single line ends in zero. Auditors say real money doesn't look like that.
The Exchange, EarthFuel: 100,000 Units. Salaries: 100,000 Units. Coffee: 100,000 Units. That last one is what got the auditors' attention.
An emergency audit of Prosperity's books found 312 line items. All 312 were round. Not one 7. Not one 3. Not even a 5.
We like clean numbers. We are clean people.
The auditors have asked Prosperity to explain where the actual numbers went. Prosperity has asked the auditors how much they make.
Prosperity has been asked to pay back the difference. The difference is also a suspiciously round number.
