Disturbingly slanderous ad released, taking aim at another agency
Terra-Luna paid for a 30-second spot during the big launch broadcast. It was about Kuiper. It was not nice.
Every screen on EarthSlow-motion footage of a rocket. Ominous music. A narrator with a deep voice asks, "Kuiper says they're fast. But what are they running from?"
That's how it opens. It gets worse. There's a part with a cartoon snail. There's a part where they spell Kuiper wrong on purpose.
We stand by every frame. Especially the snail.
Love that Terra-Luna spent their whole budget talking about us. Anyway we'll be at Neptune before their ad finishes airing

The ad worked, sort of. Kuiper's sponsors are nervous and some of their money has, somehow, ended up with Terra-Luna. Merch with the snail on it sold out in an hour.
