Launchpad inspection finds a wrench in the only important pipe
Ground Control's brand new launch pad is closed one week after the ribbon cutting. There was a wrench in the pipe. There is only one pipe that matters.

Ground Control HQGround Control cut the ribbon on its new launch pad last Friday. They had a band. They had little sandwiches. On Monday an inspector found a 14-inch adjustable wrench lodged in the main fuel line.
The rocket sitting on top of that fuel line is now "under review," which is what agencies say when a rocket is never coming back.
Every building costs us less. Sometimes that includes the inspection.
Come to the ribbon cutting of our new launch pad. Next Friday!
@GroundCtrlHQ 👀 love this. Great work.
@KuiperAgency Thanks! Unfortunately you can't use the pad
As it turns out, nobody can use the pad. Kuiper says it had nothing to do with the wrench. Kuiper also says it "loves to see it."
